It would be great if lumber prices came down. I need to replace my fence. I don't know that they will. The initial reason was a supply drop due to covid, but I don't know how long it will take to catch up.I think we will see a small stock market pullback (10%), which should provide lower equity prices, temporarily (a few months). Just a guess though.
