Recommend Adult ADHD coach and/or business coach?


Hi folks,

Could anyone recommend a coach for an entrepreneurial techie / creative with ADHD (distractible type)? Ideally someone you have experience with.

Also interested in recommendations for a business coach.

Finally, do any non-high-net-worth individuals have experiences or advice on hiring a personal assistant?

Looking for something similar. Someone like a personal trainer who holds me accountable for work before bosses realize and it turns into fires I have to put out, extra points for some kind of pep talk when feeling down. A bit harder to come by in COVID times tho, as in having a stranger.
