.ws TLD unreliable? (currently down)

As I am writing this, all dns resolutions for .ws domains fail. From what I can tell, the tld name servers are no longer responding. This is the second time this year this have happened (that I have noticed). Google searches about these repeated outages return nothing. Have anyone else been affected by this?
