How is it working in RPA?


Robotic Process Automation devs, could you please tell me what's it like working with RPA? What are the good and bad parts of your daily work?

I've been looking at Robotic Process Automation as a possible future career. Currently taking classes over at UiPath Academy. I've done similar work before (automation, crawling, etc) as a dev but UiPath is more enterprise and complex then the tools I've used.

RPA seems like a growth market - especially UiPath - but the actual work as an automation dev seems... boring, doing work that's pretty fragile to change.

You will win some money, since the market is in a bubble right now. But you are right, is the moring boring work ever... Its get repetitive pretty fast, and when you will have the opprtunity to do something different than UI Automation, you will see that these tools dont do shit.
