How can I stop Google from transferring my data/account to the US entity

Is there any kind of injuction I can do to interrupt the change of location that google does?

The EU (ECJ) struck down privacy shield almost a year ago, meaning that this kind of stuff is unlawful. But since there are only drones responding to these inquiries, have no idea which channel to try. I also don't have enough time to download and have my account deleted before they migrate it.

What are my options?

As a Google Workspace customer, you can choose to store your data in Europe: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7630496?hl=en

(Also, Privacy Shield is no more but that doesn’t mean it’s illegal to transfer data across borders…)

Only way to do that is to stop using Google. While Google would likely have your data hitting the EU servers, it still would transfer it back to HQ and datacenters around the world, considering it is caching your data, so once it hits one, it hits them all.

Stop using Google services. I extracted myself from their "it's free, pay with your data" ecosystem years ago. Lots of good alternatives available for almost every Google service (with the exception of search, but even there you can find alternatives that at least proxy search queries and hide your personal data from Google). It's the only way to be sure.

Probably not helpful but i always thought could you theoretically find a way that Google might be violating EAR(export of crypto) , by exporting your data https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Export_of_cryptography_from_th...
