- There are other problems to solve before getting there (Food, housing, education and so on ...). Take banking for example, where only around 30% of adults have bank accounts.
- Hardware price is way too high for a poor population. And if you have access to hardware it probably is some random cheap slow Chinese computer/phone if you're not top 1%.
- Networks/Internet are ok in big towns, it improves fast compared to everything else though, IF you can pay. 55 bucks for 100 Mbps up/down, that's 1 month minimum wage on paper (majority still earn less).
