How to find buyer for a $30M Amazon seller


I consult for a long-established Amazon seller with a $30M gross, $3.5M net. They're well-run and 90% of their products are private label. The owners feel it's time for an exit but so far the offers they've received are... whelming. My expertise is technical and not in acquisitions, so I'd love to hear how a company like that finds buyers in 2021--last time I cared about equity, for example, the word SPAC wasn't in my vocabulary ;)

Your seller’s revenue is significant but profit margin will matter more for valuation, and their profit margin is in the range that any of them could probably handle.
