What does your team do if you run out of work at the end of the sprint?
I guess it is often the case that there are only a few days left till the end of the sprint but there are still a few tickets in coding. Those tickets only block - let's say - half of the team. What does the other half do?
Pull from the top of the backlog which was presumably groomed and pointed already before the current sprint started.
