How do I get hired as a team?

My coworkers and I have been building projects together for the last 5 years and have become good friends. Our skillsets complement each other and we are able to work efficiently as a team. We are all looking to leave our current employer around the same time, but would like to continue working together. We have thought about applying individually to companies, but wasn't sure how that would turn out. How can we get hired as a team?
