Other days, zero. I talk to people and use an Android phone for everything. A note 8 can do a crazy amount of support, pre sales, and other soft type skill work tasks. Can input on a good touch keyboard, augmented with voice almost as fast as I can type. Who knew? I just kept at it. Wanted to maximize touch like I have every other input method. Turns out voice is powerful when used in tandem.
When I am doing service, hardware, new product test, dev, a few hours of computer time tops. Sometimes zero. This time ranges from light duty Powerpoint to coding.
On desktop / laptop for design, I use keyboard, mouse, sometimes spatial controller.
Most times I use keyboard and trackpads on laptop.
On phone, it is touch + voice, and on occasion bluetooth keyboard + track pad.
On many off days, I am on a computer for a few hours, but mostly am doing stuff outside, with the young one, etc...
Depending on the day even more, if i am hacking, designing or gaming or something.
Man, now i feel bad.
