What Do Developers Want?
As a developer myself who works at a startup now, I'm trying to figure out what developers want? Not as startup founders but as professionals? What motivates you? What's your ideal work environment? What triggers you? What can't you stand? How does an ideal day look to you?
I just want to keep learning, I got into this because I found it cool, so far have been extremely lucky.
