Is anyone an Authy user who can no longer generate tokens properly?

I've been an Authy user for years. As they merged with Twilio I thought good things were in front of me. However, recently they have begun creating what appears to be "Authy Official" integrations. In this example I use Cloudflare. Cloudflare is now an Authy Official site. Instead of my manually added Authy account for Cloudflare I now have a separate official "Cloudflare" at the bottom of my app. Except.... the codes suddenly don't work that it generates. I can't delete the official app. I can't delete the one I added. There is no support despite being a paying customer of Cloudflare.

I can login using backup codes but I cannot seem to even disable Authy as Cloudflare tells me the account requires 2FA through it now...

Anyone have any idea how to sort this out (switching from Cloudflare not an option at this time)?

I moved off authy and glad for it. Now I just use AndOTP and back up to a personal server (PGP encrypted)

These free cloud services are always great in the beginning but in the end to they will want to monetize and start cutting features. I'd rather host it myself and know what I get.
