Things to do after 2nd vaccination dose?


I just received 2nd dose yesterday and today I feel like crap. my muscles, bones & head hurt, my appetite is gone although I'm starving, I woke up after 3 hours of sleep.

wish me luck. what are things I can do in this unstable physical state?

Like with any condition that your body is expected to take care of.

Drink lots of fluids, rest. If you have excessive fever 38+, use fever reduction medicine of your choice.

Unlike a common cold, vaccination after effect should go away after a day or so. If symptoms persist, contact medical professionals.
