Will GCP Give Me Issues If I Offer Google Scraper-Related Services?

I'm considering incorporating a service into my SaaS that relies on data scraped from Google obtained through a third party (I will not do any of the scraping).

Basically, it will track ad attributes over time.

I enjoy using GCP over AWS and have some data on Cloud SQL already.

Should I migrate? Will I have any issues?
