VC backed startup founders, how do you set your salary?
Just curious, once you are funded with, say series A, how is your comp set?
You set it yourself and its part of your budget when you raise. So it's up to you really, but its got to be fair as your VC might not back the terms.
Are you asking about procedure or how to arrive at a number? Or both?
