Get GPT-3 access by helping someone with months of experience use it

Every scholarship in the USA is unique and requires their own special essay. I have a higher chance of getting a scholarship if I write an essay customized to that scholarship. So, to apply to as many as we can, we will write a GPT-3 prompt that takes a scholarship description and writes GPT-3 prompts for writing an essay for that scholarship. This is called a "metaprompt"– a prompt that writes a prompt.
