Where to Promote a Tech Blog?

I recently began writing pieces of a tech blog that I was hoping to make public, but wasn't really sure how/where to promote it. If anyone has advice on promoting blog posts or where to even figure out what specifically to talk about that would be super helpful. Thanks!
