How do I get an alert when any stock goes up way more than normal?

Basically, I would like to get an alert when ANY stock that's listed is going up a lot more than it did the last week. Like GME just went up, and I would have liked to buy call options, or put options a month out, before the market closed. But I can't sit there and watch every stock.

I could write this service myself based on feeds, but doesn't something like this exist out there already? Maybe a programmable API where I can execute stored programs?
