Who's Working on Killer Robots?
From what I understand about current Machine Learning Technology it shouldn't be too hard to rig together image recognition tech with firearms. But progress on the technology is mysteriously absent from the news. So who out there is working on it or on components that could be used for killer robots?
I am not, but I am sure you could dare Elon Musk to arm his Telsa Cybertruck and give it enough smarts to do some real damage. Maybe tweet a dare at him. I am sure the Army would appreciate some hands free suppressing fire and/or have a driverless extraction unit to go pick up friendlies.
I think you're underestimating the challenges by orders of magnitude but check whoever In-Q-Tel is currently funding or whatever Darpa is up to.
