Non-Subscription Scanner App for iPhone

I'm looking for a simple scanner app for my iPhone (take a pic of a doc, and it corrects the image and converts to pdf with or without OCR) and think it's absurd that they all seem to require a monthly fee for use rather than a one-time charge. On that note, I also find it irksome that the app store does not clearly show prices for apps. So I essentially have to download each one to find out the price and whether or not it's subscription based. The only thing the store seems to reveal is whether or not there is in-app purchasing.
