What flow/techniques/tools do you use to keep up with multiple tasks?

Hello HN.

For many years, I have worked as a Product Manager of one product. It was relatively easy to follow, the team was small.

But now I have more products, and it is getting very tiring and complicated to keep up with all of the tasks, notes, etc.

What flow, technique, and even tools do you use too keep up with multiple stakeholders, requests, and products (or projects)?
