What happens to job market if companies adopt ‘no jab, no job’ stance?
Many employers and organizations require inoculations to be up to date. This is to protect others in the organization. It's like international travel, you have to have your shots first.
From the comments I'm assuming "jab" means "covid vaccine" is that correct?
If that's the case, I think it's a reasonable thing to do: the company has the duty to protect its employees from infected people.
Only people who don't wear tin foil hats would be employed I guess.
More startups. Authoritarian companies seems like a bad concept.
