How to remove underage pornography from Twitter?

Hi HN, a friend of mine has had some pics from when she was 17 leaked, likely by a vindictive ex, and they have spread around the internet, including on some twitter accounts (posts have dozens of RTs and hundreds of likes). We have reported the posts for containing child porn and filed the "Child sexual exploitation" reports and linked to the tweets in question but they have stayed up for months. I know sometimes issues with Google accounts can be resolved here when the normal channels fail, is there anyone who works at Twitter who can help?(inb4 "don't take obscene pics if you're underage": good advice in general, completely unhelpful at this point, please don't bother)

Have you considered getting together with some like-minded individuals and DDOSing Twitter into the ground? I doubt anything of value would be lost.
