Do you want/need a Chrome Extension for HN? I want to give back to HN

Hi folks,I have recently joined to HN and really enjoying the diverse set of articles and discussions here. Hence, I wanted to give back to the community! If you would like to have a Chrome Extension that would make your life easier on HN, please let me know. I plan to code the idea that gets the most upvotes and release it on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. It will be 100% free, just wanted to give something back to the community. Plus, I have free time these days so would be happy to work on something fun.Cheers :)

Welcome to the community!I for one would not enjoy a chrome extension because I don't really install browser extensions.

I have seen people requesting a way to follow hn users, so that you get to know what those are commenting, thinking for a while, I'd actually use it.
I was supposed to start working on it last weekend but didn't had the time, I'll use it if you release the source code.
If you think about it, you can do everything on the client.

Want more than 30 news on a main page, because on my vertical ultrawide it looks half-filled. Also remove limit of comments on one page for same reason. BTW, the HN is the least pesky web-forum I've ever seen, you will have hard time to improve it.

One feature that I wish HN contained is tags which would allow viewing search results by categories instead of specific words. Perhaps en extension using AI?
