Good Referral / Rewards Service?

I'm looking for a service to facilitate referral codes, and tracking points progression to give rewards to users. Every service I find seems to be priced at $200/month for only 1,000 users. That seems surprisingly expensive!

Have you used any alternatives for your service? There's gotta be better solutions.
