What Happened to Apollo Projects?

Eight months ago (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23554584) there was a post about "Apollo Projects" for funding "Moonshots". I saw the site and thought it was a good idea, but went back today thinking I would submit an idea and it is gone. Wondering what happened.
