Would YouTube stop showing me the Cred app ad if I install the app?

I get the advertisement for Cred app in YouTube before almost every video. If I install the Cred app, shouldn't Google detect that and stop showing me the same damn ad? Afterall, it makes sense from Google's ad targeting perspective too.
