What's the easiest way to accept a small investment?

Hey there, so my friend's father's business partner potentially wants to invest a small amount into our business.

What's the best way to do this? I will ofc run anything by our lawyer but I want to make sure I know the current options available to us. I know how this would be handled typically but not for smaller unaccredited investors.
