I had coworkers that interviewed a guy with a pants problem. The candidate entered the room and sat down before remembering his pants were unzipped. He promptly stood up and zipped his pants. This made for an unexpected ice breaker. He didn’t get the job, as he failed to measure up on actual technical portions of the interview.
