By deleting my social media accounts. Used to have some accounts with Facebook, Twitter, etc for less than a month to see what the fuss is about and what 'I'm missing out on'.
It turns out that there's nothing interesting other than the carnage that happens on there quite frankly. So yes, deleting both of them was a great move.
