Alternative photo filter apps with nice UX?

Are there any good apps for quickly applying manual filters to photos, other than Instagram? I'm not looking for social media or networks to post to, just for the quick photo editing capabilities. I would like to be able to edit my photos quickly without sharing my data with Big Tech companies. Bonus points if the app is open source and has an ad-free option. I'm willing to pay.
