How can I order Starlink beta in North Africa?

Hi,Does anyone know if/when StarLink beta will be available in North Africa. Specifically in Algiers, Algeria (36&deg;45&prime;14&Prime;N 3&deg;3&prime;32&Prime;E).How can I order many of the beta version of the StarLink customer-premises equipment? I can provide an address in Paris, France, if they don't ship to Algeria, and take if from there.I signed up on the StarLink website but I have received neither a sign-up confirmation, nor information to indicate whether it will be available soon or not.

Starlink will probably not be available in urban areas for home use. There is not enough bandwidth per km^2. It's meant for rural areas.
