Anyone figure out a good way of programming on the go?

Because of a medical condition, I'm supposed to be walking quite a bit (just standing in place won't cut it). I was wondering if anyone has figured out a good way of programming on the go? I don't think a phone would work because typing/navigating is just too inconvenient. I was thinking something along the lines of using a wireless keyboard (I mostly use Vim) with something like Google glass, but not sure how realistic it would be to get a pair of those. I assume most people just use a treadmill with a laptop, but I can't get a treadmill in my house. I can take my laptop to the gym, but was curious to see if anyone has seen or uses a more convenient approach.

A split keyboard with each half in a pocket to type while walking might not be too impractical. The pockets would have to be big, maybe like the ones in a track jacket.

The Hololens 2 is far superior to other AR gear. I think you'd still have trouble typing though. Maybe something using voice, if only to record thoughts / todos?

Is a stationary bike something that could fit your house? I got a nice one sub-$1000 that seems would be easy to modify for laptop support (already has holes for mounts)

Stephan Wolfram has a "walkabout" setup using a laptop. Might be worth googling.
