What Happened to My Comment?


I recently made my first comment on a trending thread. I guess somewhat vainly, I hoped for some interaction but when I visited that thread again a couple of hours later, my comment was gone. I've read the guidelines and I have no explanation for why it would be gone. Did it get moderated into the ether or do comments with low engagement automatically disappear or something?

If so, it fell to page two of that thread! There is a "more" link hidden as blank text at the bottom of the page of the original thread.

If you click on your profile name (top right), one of the links is for all your comments (also for submissions, favorite posts/comments, etc)..
