Has Real Estate Tech become more attractive for founders
A few years ago a post about "Why Real Estate Tech Is So Attractive For Founders" was very popular on HN: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=7070930 I think the general consensus then was that Real Estate Tech was not attractive to founders. I'm curious to know if people think it has become more attractive now with more money being poured into the sector.

Why would more money make it more attractive?
My experience is that it is full of laws, information silos, and tons of local govt to frustrate the hell out of anyone. As a technical person, I want to work on a problem because it is interesting, not because of money.
