How do I play retro Mac games on my PC?

I downloaded Vmac and Mac OS 7 so that I can play retro Mac games which are in .sit formatI tried to extract the .sit file using Stuffit 2011 but it doesn't work.Is there an emulator that can just play the .sit files from Macintosh Garden?

From experience, you may need to get hold of an older, more specific version of StuffIt to achieve successful extraction. 6.5 should work, IIRC.
