Normally balkanization through war, but IMHO things are not quite there yet if your talking about the current DC drama.As long as the powers that be, don't do something stupid and "Martyr" him in the next two weeks.

Pinochet, Franco, Musharraf, Gaddafi, Hussein... Recent history says military dictatorship. Then they can loot in the open, instead of hiding it behind a matryoshka of shell companies and nonprofits.Lean times ahead for the lawyers!
