What's the vaccination outlook in Africa and other developing regions?

What is the timeline of expected COVID vaccination in Africa and other developing regions? I have heard a lot in the press about COVID stats in the US, Europe, East Asia and Oceania, but not very much about Africa and South America or parts of South Asia/India. What is the situation on the ground in these places, and do they have vaccination timelines plotted out?
