How to still 'have a voice' if powerful entities ban my social existence

If not for Whitehat Jr - Pradeep Poonia case (read this: https://www.reddit.com/r/india/comments/kqyvj5/tomorrow_morning_is_the_hearing_of_my_case_karan/), this question would've been a hypothetical one.

For powerful entities, it is very easy to suppress a common person's attempt to expose the wrongdoings of the former. They can easily have one's social media account suspended, etc.

In such a scenario, how can one create/maintain channels of mass communication that cannot be disrupted by such companies (and even government?). Obviously, reliance on social media companies won't cut it.

The question is from technical perspective, but other thoughts would help too!
