Has Real Estate Tech become more attractive for founders

A few years ago a post about "Why Real Estate Tech Is So Attractive For Founders" was very popular on HN: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=7070930

I think the general consensus then was that Real Estate Tech was not attractive to founders. I'm curious to know if people think it has become more attractive now with more money being poured into the sector.
