Where can I find grant funding?

I have recently started working on something, and it occurs to me that the project may be eligible for some grants or similar type of funding. In particular, it may be a useful product for educators or students. I am better at writing code then writing funding proposals, but does anyone know of any good resources for finding grants or that sort of thing?

You should go for an incubator, I don't know from where you are, but in Italy there is 1 for each city at least. Just type on google name of your country/state + startup/incubator program.They provide help especially in the first phases, coaching, networking, also funds.
