Is it a CV red flag to teach fulltime and dev parttime simultaneously?

I'm an untenured assistant professor without PhD. I realized academia is not for me. So I plan to freelance as software developer or try to launch a startup parttime while still teaching fulltime for a year. I will inform the university of the parttime work. Is it a red flag for future employers?
