Do you love your work? Why?

Sometimes. Because there is flexibility in the type of work that I can do, the lifestyle is fairly comfortable, pay is okay, and it can be very rewarding if you're solving problems that are just around your skill level.

Other times most of what I do feels kind of meaningless, the long term prospects don't seem that appealing and I regret not studying medicine instead.

Most of the time, yes! I enjoy getting paid very well to help my clients level up their engineering game. I also love spending time writing code to automate/track my life; this reinforces my skills at work positively.

I feel like most of the people I know don't like their work; dealing with this can be hard sometimes.

Nope. I'm tired of all the BS, doublespeak, and boring work with no future.
