Relevance of 'Downtown' by Petula Clark played during Nashville bomb

The Nashville bomber was an IT consultant, and when I heard that 'Downtown' by Petula Clark played in connection with the explosion it registered as a relevant detail.

I recall an IT / sci-fi related show that played this same song, at first I thought it was in "X-Files - Killswitch" episode (which also contains an RV, which explodes), and then an episode of Black Mirror, but I've googled for songs in both and not come up with 'Downtown'.

Has anyone here pieced together any relevance between 'Downtown' and the Nashville bomber, and his actions?

Does anyone know any other shows/films that have used this song in a manner that seems relevant to this scenario?

He expressed to others that he wanted to be famous. The lyrics of that song deal with loneliness. My first instinct is that he's one of the infamous incels, since these are common themes that come up when one of them goes on a destructive and/or murderous rampage.

The difference is that he didn't target women in his rampage, and at least a year ago he did have a girlfriend.

The next question that comes up is, was that site one of his past customers or a competitor that maybe got one of the gigs he hoped to get?

Wasn’t it played in a few episodes of Lost?
