How to avoid clickbait listicles with affiliate links in search?

I hate that every page of search results now is just a giant clickbait affiliate link article. I can't trust recommendations when every single one of them has an affiliate link.

Are there any search query parameters or search engines that have a way to block all articles with affiliate links?

You could try extensions that remove tracking elements from URLs like this one (haven't tried it myself but looks nice): https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clearurls/

A tangential answer is to stick to Reddit for recommendations. I find that a quick search for "best ___ reddit" typically gets me better results than whatever lists are posted on blogs. Feels more accurate to see community-upvoted recommendations rather than the opinion of one random person who may not even be particularly familiar with the recommendations they're making (generally not likely they've actually used everything on their list extensively). Youtube is also decent for this since you can skim the comments to see the consensus.
