Are fundamental laws simple by nature? Does nature not follow a set of essentially simple rules?
Where does all this complexity come from? Is it due to the inability of our measurement system to comprehend those fundamental laws?
Sorry I might be inebriated but it baffles me how there's so much complexity in core laws, while somhow feels that they're due to complexities in our notations.
IMO there is no way you can understand the "absolute fundamental nature of reality" as whatever laws you try to extract out of reality will always be our own interpretation of the observations.
The expectation that nature should follow simple rules is due to our brains limitation to handle complexity and hence the desire of simple laws/rules as that gives us the pleasant feeling of "beauty in simplicity".
