How would you design a post coronavirus supermarket?

Produce is the hard one. So far my local grocery stores have been doing a wonderful job of picking out produce for me. On the other hand I remember FreshDirect in New York City years ago being great...for a while. Then the quality of their produce dropped dramatically.

I feel like produce almost needs an adversarial process to keep quality up.
