What are the features you miss in your favorite version control system?

This thread is not to talk about which VCS is better than others, but rather to acknowledge the shortcomings in our favorites. Bonus points if you can name another VCS with the feature you miss.For example, git is my "favorite" (in that I use it the most), but one thing I miss in it is the ability to do multiple checkouts without having multiple clones, like fossil does.

ClearCase was a pain in the ass to learn and get the config specs right, but you could do some really powerful things with it. Like pulling directories or individual files from different branches into one build.
