Cheapest host single node K8s dev env

I want to play / dev and need a cloud instance vm or similar to host a single node non HA k8s. My local machine hdd died and not looking to replace that. Where can I host minikube or micro or something and have it relatively useful for non prod toying around?

$10 or less, services deployed are public internet accessible, good disk space, image repo included if possible
