How Should Hiring Work?
This is an open question. As we all know, hiring is not perfect in tech and in general. So do you have a better approach for it?
Lock all the candidates in a room. Have them do a secret ballot on paper. If somebody gets a majority, burn the ballots with fuel that produces white smoke. Otherwise, burn the ballots with fuel that produces black smoke, and then go back to the voting for another try.
